• Main Blog

Our main blog, on the front page, will feature posts from our editors bringing you the headline news from the convention as we get it. They will also be reading through what our reporters are producing and pointing you are the pick of their posts.

    Find a Reporter

So you want to find out what is happening at a convention, but you don’t know who is blogging or tweeting from it. Or maybe you do, but there are so many of them that you don’t know who to read. Well, the first thing to do is to look down the list of our Reporters. They are all people who have told us they will be reporting on the current convention. You might find a familiar name. Just click on it, and you’ll be able to see that person’s feeds.

If you have a specific interest — say costuming, or anime — then click on that entry in the category list in the sidebar. That will give you a list of all of the reporters who have listed that category as one of their special interests. You can then choose one of them to click through to.

If the meaning of some of the categories isn’t clear, click here for a list of explanations.

    Live Coverage

In addition to our individual reporter pages we have a number of pages that gather together live coverage of the convention in a single place. Exactly what we offer will different from convention to convention. Check out our Live page for details.

    Maps

Our Maps pages are there to demonstrate the international nature of science fiction fandom. For events like Worldcon we like to gather together reporters from all over the world. The maps show you where they have come from.

    Past Coverage

Interested to see what we have covered in the past? Our Archive section contains links to reports on those conventions.

    Something Missing

Is there some feature you would like us to add to our coverage? Check out our Future Plans page. If you can’t see what you want, suggest it.

Current Convention

Our next coverage will be the South Pacific Tour of the New Zealand NatCon (Au Contraire) in Wellington followed by WorldCon (Aussiecon 4) in Melbourne. As Dragon*Con is the same weekend as Worldcon, we will have reporters there as well.
