Kevin has been attending conventions since he went to the 1984 Worldcon and actively helping run them for almost twenty years. He co-chaired the 2002 Worldcon in San Jose, and was Fan Guest of Honor of the 2005 NASFiC. He is an expert in the rules and procedures of the World Science Fiction Society. His interests include convention running, awards, meeting procedure, fandom, alternative history, and trains.
